Frankfurt International Industrial Textile Exhibition held in Germany

From May 24th to 26th, the bi-annual Techtextil in Frankfurt was held at the Frankfurt Messe exhibition center. As the world's most well-known international exhibition, this exhibition attracted a total of 1207 companies from more than 50 countries. The scale of the exhibition reached a new high, once again consolidating its leading position in the global industrial textiles and nonwovens industry. The Chinese pavilion won the attention of the international industry with excellent products and a good overall image at this exhibition.

Thanks to the rapid development of the domestic industrial textiles industry, the overall scale of enterprises in Mainland China has expanded again at this exhibition, reaching 58 companies, which is an increase of 12% compared with the previous session. The growth rate ranks in the forefront among European participating countries. Wang Tiankai, vice president of the China National Textile and Apparel Industry Association, said during a visit to a domestic exhibiting company that the increased enthusiasm for corporate participation reflects the rapid development of the industry in recent years; more and more domestic companies are rapidly growing in scale, production, and research and development. The level of technology has been improved, with the increasing willingness to participate in international exchanges and cooperation and the strength to open up the international market. From the perspective of the popularity and overall situation of the Frankfurt show, the industrial textile industry has a very active development momentum. The future market demand and development potential are considerable. It is also a direction for the key development of the industry during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period in China.

Michael Jaenecke, brand manager of Messe Frankfurt's Techtextil show, spoke highly of the overall performance of the Chinese pavilion at the show. He said that Chinese companies displayed a very good overall image at this exhibition, and no intellectual property rights complaints have occurred. Both from the quality of exhibitors' exhibits and the overall level of participation, they all reached a higher level.
