This year’s competition was themed “Travel Yuan Jing Meng,†drawing inspiration from the famous Kunqu opera “Dream of the Red Chamber.†The theme cleverly used the essence of ancient culture as a bridge to explore the charm of fashion, using the Yuan Dynasty as a narrative thread. By integrating multi-dimensional classical elements into modern underwear design, the competition aimed to inject fresh ideas into an industry facing economic challenges. It was a bold move that encouraged participants to look back at history while pushing forward with innovation.
Yuan Jin, iron man tenderness, wood, Hugo Güle, blue and white memories, Yuan Qu, and the dream of the Western Mountains—these poetic references all converged in the designs, blending the memory of the Yuan Dynasty with contemporary fashion.
