There are many reasons for quality problems in knitted garments during the production process. The defects in the weaving and dyeing processes are mainly analyzed, and improvement measures are proposed.

Weaving point

1 1.1 bad yarn

Due to the presence of impurities or uneven thickness in the cotton yarn used, a bad appearance is formed on the surface of the grey fabric , which affects the use. When the price is right, it is recommended to use high-quality cotton yarn. The cotton yarn used in the workshop should be inspected by special personnel to reduce the impact of bad cotton yarns, such as coarse yarn, large belly yarn, and irregular shaped fibers, on the appearance of the cloth surface.

2 1.2 bad weaving

It is recommended that the master of the knitting workshop maintain a regular flat car to check the use of syringes and knitting needles and replace the damaged needles in time; the weaving operator promptly conducts a self-examination if it is found that the needles have been cut during the process of forming a loop. Or, due to the inconvenience of the closed tongue, the uneven appearance of needles or the wear of the barrel causing the uneven density of individual wales to form dilute road needles, etc., affect the quality of the finished product, and are handled in a timely manner. At the same time, do a good job in the management of linen and colored yarns to reduce the mixing of dyed products into colored shaped fibers.

1 2.1 color, color flower

Chromatic aberration refers to the unevenness of the color of the same can fabric . Coloring means local or dispersed color unevenness, which is more difficult to avoid in the dyeing process. In order to reduce the occurrence of color difference and color flower, the bleaching and dyeing operators should strictly follow the standards. The bleaching and dyeing technologist shall confirm each can of cloth, leave the standard sample after inspection by qualified personnel, and pass the qualified samples to the warehouse. If color difference or color flower is found, Exceeding the standard should be reprocessed in a timely manner.

2 2.2 Contamination, rust

Dyeing machine cleaning is not clean or light-colored product drying, cleaning process caused by dirty environment, the need for backwater treatment, not only affect the production efficiency, but also increase energy consumption. Dyeing should pay attention to the principle of light to dark, for white and other light-colored products should be fixed dyeing equipment, to enhance the cleanliness of the production site environment, shades of gray cloth placed separately. If the iron ion content in the dyeing water exceeds the standard, the cloth surface will form an uneven yellow rust point, affecting the fabric strength and appearance. The rust spots cannot be treated by return water. Therefore, to reduce the occurrence of water yellow and rust spots, it is necessary to discharge the water in pipelines when it is not produced for a long time. In addition, the rust in the tanks should be regularly cleaned to strengthen water quality management.

3 2.3 Death Fold

Due to the gravure roll printing and the indentation appearing in the dyeing tank, if it is not completely removed during setting and finishing, a clear wrinkle will be formed on the surface of the light greige cloth, and the lighter one can be removed through reshaping. Need to boil and re-arrange after boiling.
