The technical characteristics of spunbonded web, spunlace fiber opening and consolidation are integrated and innovative. A two-component spunbond-spunlace one-step method for preparing filament microfiber nonwoven materials has been developed, and high strength has been realized by physical opening. The green industrial production of light and thin filament microfiber nonwovens has filled the domestic gap.

The technology was awarded the first prize of the “Texture of Textiles ” 2018 China Textile Industry Federation Science and Technology Award, and it is a major technology promotion project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. (1) Characteristics of process equipment

The two-component ultra-fiber spunbonded nonwoven fabric production line spinning device developed by Dalian Hualun Nonwoven Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. has: an aggregated multi-die two-component hollow orange-spun composite spinning box; a novel two-component spinning The components, the melt distribution is uniform, the temperature of the spinneret surface is adjustable and controllable; the multi-stage heating system and the special heating method.

The purpose of the air drafting is to orient the long chain of molecules constituting the fiber and the platelets of the crystalline high polymer along the axial direction of the fiber, thereby improving the tensile properties and abrasion resistance of the fiber, that is, the desired fiber fineness. The device adopts a long slit stretching method, and the long slit at the lower end of the drafter disturbs the airflow flow path to make the fiber web into a three-dimensional shape and laid out into a net. The double-suction multi-stage network forming equipment has the characteristics that the suction air system is stable, the suction air volume is balanced, the wind pressure at each point of the mesh surface is balanced, the fiber is not turned over, the waves are not undone, and the net is uniform.

(II) Construction project situation

Dalian Hualun Nonwoven Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. is the only supplier in China to provide equipment and technology for two-component spunbonded spunlace nonwovens. The completed projects include:

(1) Ji'an Sanjiang Microfiber Nonwovens Co., Ltd. 1.6m two-component superfibrous spunbonded spunlace nonwoven production line with an annual production capacity of 2,000 tons;

(2) Langfang Zhongfang Xinyuan Nonwoven Materials Co., Ltd. 1.6m two-component superfibrous spunbonded spunlace non-woven fabric production line with an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons;

(3) Anhui Jinchun Nonwovens Co., Ltd. 1.6 m two-component superfibrous spunbonded spunlace nonwoven production line with an annual production capacity of 2,000 tons;

(4) Ji'an Sanjiang Microfiber Nonwovens Co., Ltd. Two-component super-fiber spunbonded spunlace nonwoven production line, with an annual production capacity of 2,500 tons;

(5) Hebei Huigong Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. 1.6m two-component super-fiber spunbonded spunlace non-woven fabric production line with an annual production capacity of 2,000 tons.

(3) Product application

The two-component spunbonded spunlace non-woven product has large specific surface area, high coverage and good adsorption; soft hand feeling, compactness and super-softness; comfortable, soft and elegant gloss, breathable and moisture permeable performance characteristics, It is widely used in artificial leather base fabrics, automotive decorative materials, high-grade wipes, filter materials and masks.

(1) China is the world's largest producer and consumer of artificial leather and synthetic leather. It has developed to account for 80% of the global market share, ranking first in the world. At present, the production capacity of China's microfiber leather is about 120 million square meters, accounting for only 3% of the total synthetic leather, which is far from the proportion of Japanese microfiber artificial leather accounts for 85% to 90%. In the future, the artificial leather synthetic leather market will grow steadily, and the market demand in 2020 is estimated to be about 6.7 billion square meters. With the rapid development of China's automobile industry, the demand for non-woven fabrics for automotive interior decoration will also increase significantly. Automobile leather has been used in BYD, Great Wall and Nissan models, and the market has taken shape.

(2) The microfiber wiping cloth has a larger specific surface area, and greatly improves the adsorption of dust, particles, and the like, and the absorption rate of moisture. In addition, the ultra-fine fiber feels extremely soft, and it does not cause any damage to the surface to be wiped, and does not fall off the fluff, and is very suitable for wiping of high-precision microelectronic products, optical products, precision instruments, automobile cleaning, and printing industries.

(3) Due to the short production process, large output, high efficiency, low cost and good product performance, the nonwoven fabric is widely used in the field of filter materials. About 70% of the currently produced filter materials adopt a needle punching process. As the nonwovens industry develops toward composite and fine denier, the filtration performance of nonwoven filter materials is greatly improved, and filament microfiber nonwoven fabrics will be more widely used in the field of filter materials.

(4) Filament microfiber nonwoven fabric is a new type of non-woven fabric mask, which has superior ability to absorb moisture compared with ordinary non-woven fabric mask, and the spunlace cloth is soft and has good applicability. The price is much lower than that of the silk mask, the pulp fiber mask, and the natural cellulose fiber mask. At present, the mask of the two-component ultra-fibrous spunlace non-woven fabric base cloth used in this project has been used in batches. It is estimated that by 2019, China's mask market will reach 13 billion yuan.
